Lex Hotel Cebu

Me and my Family Stayed there for 3 Days to stay because tomorrow we're going home to Negros oriental cause i have school tomorrow and the bedroom are soft and cozy and also the Pool is Cool and the Foods are good i appreciate for the Stay

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this hotel last December, where we celebrated the New Year. Perfect location, especially for watching fireworks all over the city.. I made our reservation four months in advance and maintained regular communication with the hotel staff, who were consistently helpful in addressing my requests and inquiries. The accommodations were satisfactory, though a thorough deep cleaning, particularly of the bathrooms, would be beneficial. The housekeeping team performed commendably. Service from the restaurant staff was excellent; they were consistently pleasant and accommodating. The front desk personnel were also very helpful. The breakfast at KAI Restaurant was exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed the Filipino breakfast selections. They offer a variety of options, including both English and Filipino breakfast choices. Naturally, I favored the Filipino breakfast, especially the dried fish, and on occasion, lechon belly and lechon kawali were available. The cassava cake was also quite good, and it was a personal favorite. Lunch and dinner options were also available for purchase and were of good quality. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool facilities. The evening ambiance was delightful for enjoying beverages. I would recommend this hotel.

It was a great experience. We checked in late due to trip delays. I was welcomed with warm smiles and a refreshing complimentary drink. The staff consistently provided excellent customer service, from the lobby to the rooftop pool. I'd definitely stay here again if I were to return to Cebu

Lex Hotel is a outstanding hotel but has some minor maintenance issues that prevent me from giving five stars. Other than that, the staff is extremely friendly and the room was comfortable. I’m certainly going back. The shining gem the hotel is definitely the breakfast restaurant. Everything there is clean organized and staff is friendly. The cost with quality and choices is top notch compared to other hotels in the area. Lex should fix following maintenance issues as it takes away from the top quality the Lex could offer. I have stayed twice and the problems were in both rooms. First the LED light in the main elevator is out and gets kinda dark when the doors close. 5min job Second most of the tables in the restaurant have this annoying wobble, some quiet bad... this is a screw adjustment; it cost nothing to fix. Third, the bathroom toilet paper holders are all loose and fall off... why? another screw tightening to fix. Cost nothing. Fourth, all the outlets in the room are worn out and loose. potentially causing electrical fire because they arc.. It's difficult to charge anything in because it falls out. PLEASE FIX THIS!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Experience – Outstanding Service at Lex Hotel! We stayed at Lex Hotel from September 26 to 29, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Upon check-in, we were greeted with welcome drinks and a warm smile from a very accommodating receptionist. From the staff who assisted us with our luggage to the staff who gave us a room orientation, everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with toiletries, daily bottled water, and other essentials. Towels and amenities were refreshed every day without fail. When we couldn’t get the TV to work, we called for assistance and help arrived immediately – amazing responsiveness! The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, and the service was impeccable. Staff were always attentive, friendly, and quick to refill water or help with anything we needed. The chef was also hands-on, even making noodles for me personally and making sure everything at the buffet was in order. Kudos to him – I hope management takes note and commends him! We also had an issue with the internet, and without hesitation, an IT staff came to our room and even left us a modem. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. We had just come from another hotel (Waterfront Lahug), and we can honestly say Lex Hotel outshines it in service, food, cleanliness, and attention to guests. It may not be the biggest or most famous hotel, but it offers something far more important – genuine care and hospitality. The pool was clean, and the food at the poolside restaurant was great too. Thank you to the staff who still accommodated us even close to closing time. On top of all that, the price is very reasonable for this level of service and comfort. You truly get more than what you pay for. It’s rare to find a hotel that delivers such quality without the hefty price tag. This was our first time in Cebu, and because of Lex Hotel, it became an unforgettable experience. We felt truly welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout our stay. 5 stars all the way for the excellent service, cleanliness, food, and overall experience. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend Lex Hotel to everyone.

Stayed at Lex Hotel Cebu and had a really nice experience overall! The location is very convenient along Escario Street, malapit sa mga malls, convenience stores, and fast food chains like Jollibee, McDonald’s, and Ayala Center Cebu. Super accessible whether you’re a tourist or on a quick business trip. The room is quite basic and a bit old na, but still clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really stands out is the warm hospitality of the staff very friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. Their service really makes up for the simplicity of the rooms. They also have a buffet breakfast with a good selection of Filipino and international dishes. The food was tasty and well-prepared perfect way to start your day before exploring Cebu! And of course, the rooftop bar and pool area is a must-visit! Ang ganda ng view lalo na sa gabi — perfect spot for relaxing, taking photos, or enjoying a drink while overlooking the city lights. Overall, Lex Hotel Cebu is a great choice if you want a convenient location, warm service, and a relaxing rooftop experience.

Best service and the room for us is premium. GOOd AC, shower hot and cold, with electric kettle and free coffee and water. Cleanes will clean everyday. Free breakfast is awesome. Combined with Filipino and international breakfast. Location is the best near to fast food and other shops. Swimming pool at the penthouse is okay overlooking the city scape. Staffs are well trained and worldclass. CR in the ground floor has a smell of cockroach but i couldn't find one.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and we had very nice hot water. We did not swim but the pool looked nice. Good location.
